Camping Safety

To promote a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors, please follow these guidelines:

“Clean as You Go” – Help us keep our campsite clean and enjoyable for everyone by cleaning up after yourself and your group. Dispose of trash properly and ensure your camping area remains clean throughout your stay.

“Leashed Pets and Waste Disposal” – We welcome your furry companions but require them to be on a leash at all times for their safety. Also, please clean up after your pets to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

CAMPGROUND RULES

  • Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am
  • Bright Lights are to be kept to a minimum during quiet hours and during the eclipse to take full advantage of the minimal amount of light pollution in the camp area.
  • No glass Bottles (This is for general safety to avoid broken glass; also, we do not want our livestock finding or stepping on broken glass after this event.)
  • No Alcohol or Drugs
  • No Loud Music
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times
  • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in trash
  • Campfires: No open campfires allowed within any campsite. Self-contained BBQ grills using propane or charcoal are allowed.
  • We are not responsible for accidents, or lost/stolen items.
  • Campsite Privacy: Please respect other campers by not walking through occupied campsites.
  • Campsite Areas: All tents, RVs, vehicles and personal belongings must fully fit within your designated camping spot.
  • ATVs or other vehicles of that nature are prohibited except by farm staff and security personnel.
  • Drones are prohibited within and above the campground.
  • Conduct: No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, or display/discharge a firearm or other weapon.

Any guest found in violation of these rules may be asked to vacate the campground without Refund.

Liability: Romance Solar Eclipse at Rodgers’ Farm will not be held responsible for loss or damage to camping tenant’s property due to theft, loss, fire, vandalism, any other casualty, wild animals, or acts of God or Nature. Camping Tenants expressly assume all risks of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance for such losses.

Indemnification: Camping tenants indemnify and hold harmless Romance Solar Eclipse at Rodgers’ Farm, its owners and staff from all claims, liability, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, for injury to person, loss of life, or damage to property.

Waiver forms must be filled out for each person to be allowed to stay on site.

Rules and Regulations for Rodgers’ Farm 2024

  • Check-in: All occupants must check in before selecting your campsite.  Campsite selections are first come, first served. All fees are due at booking of campsite. (4 persons max per tent site/ 6 persons max for RV sites/ 8 persons max for XL RV sites)
  • Reservations: All reservations include 5 nights stay at the campground. The nights of April 5-9 2024.   If you need additional nights, please contact us.
  • Transfers: Reservations can be transferred to another individual up to March 22th 2024. Contact us to transfer the reservation. Only Registered guests will be allowed to occupy campsites. A $100.00 transfer fee will be required at time of transfer.
  • Vehicles: Only 1 vehicle permitted per registered campsite. This includes both tent and RV sites. Motorhomes will be allowed 1 towed vehicle.
  • Restrooms: There will be restrooms (flushable) and handwashing facilities located in a building on the campground.
  • Speed Limit: Vehicle Speed limit throughout the campground will be 5mph. (This is for camper’s and pedestrian safety. Anyone driving recklessly or at excessive speeds will be asked to leave the premises.)
  • Trash Bins: Campsites must be kept clean and tidy. We will pick up trash  daily (evening)  to keep the wild animals away.  Please do not leave trash outside at night as that will attract wild animals to your campsite.
  • RV’s: RV’s must be fully self-contained.  No dumpsite is available.
  • Food and Drink: Campers are allowed to bring their own food, drinks and coolers to the event. There will be vendors available with food, snacks and drinks. Food and Drink sales are strictly prohibited without prior approval.
  • Children: Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times.
  • Property Damage: Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys or harms campground property or equipment will be held liable for said property’s repair or replacement.
  • Changes: These rules can be changed or amended at any time by Romance Solar Eclipse at Rodgers’ Farm. A list of rules will be posted in public areas of the campground.
  • Any guest found in violation of these rules may be asked to vacate the campground without Refund.
